JUDGMENT

K. Ramakrishnan, J Transfer O.P. was called for to be heard along with Mat. Appeal No.835/2014 pending before this court. Accordingly the matter has come before this court. When the application came up for hearing today, the counsel for the petitioner submitted that he is not pressing the Transfer Petition, in view of the mediation agreement entered into between the parties, as the matter has been settled between them. The above submission is recorded and the petition is dismissed as not pressed. Interim order of stay granted by this court as per order in I.A.No.3236/2014 is vacated. The family Court is
