O R D E R
The prayer in the transfer petition Crl.No.74 of 2014 is to direct the transfer of MC No.195 of 2013 on the file of the Family Court, Nedumangad to the Family Court, Irinjalakuda. 2.
The prayer in the transfer petition civil No.487 of 2014 is to direct the transfer of O.P No. 883 of 2011 on the file of the Family Court Nedumangad to the Family Court, Irinjalakuda. 3.
The petitioner is the former wife of the respondent. 4.
Today when the matter was taken up for consideration Sri. P.M Abdul Jaleel, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner (former wife) and Sri. John Vipin, learned counsel appearing for the respondent (former husband) in these cases jointly submit that the respective parties will be fully satisfied with this Court directs that the aforementioned cases pending before the Family Court, Nedumangad, Thiruvananthapuram District be transferred to the Family Court, Irinjalakuda. 5.
In view of the submission made by both the parties jointly, it is ordered in the interest of justice that MC No. 195/13 and O.P No. 883/11 now pending on the file of the Family Court,
Transfer Petition (Criminal) No.74 of 2014 & Transfer Petition (Civil) No.487 of 2014 Nedumangad shall stand transferred to the Family Court, Irinjalakuda. It is further ordered that the Family Court, Nedumangad shall take all necessary steps to ensure that the entire case records in these matters are transferred and transmitted to the Family Court, Irinjalakuda without any further delay.
With these observations and directions, the transfer petition (Criminal) No.74 of 2014 and transfer petition (civil) No.487 of 2014 stand finally disposed of. The Family Court, Irinjalakuda shall issue notice indicating the exact date of appearance to both the parties concerned, which may be done within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of the above said records.
