O R D E R
The petitioners herein are the petitioners in M.C 196/2010 of the Family Court, Thiruvalla. They seek transfer of the case to the Family Court Pathanamthitta on the ground that all the other connected matters are now pending before the Family Court, Pathanamthitta, and transfer of the case to Pathanamthitta will not cause any inconvenience or hardship to the respondent. The respondent remained absent in the proceeding in spite of notice. On hearing the learned counsel for the petitioner, I find that transfer of the proceeding as requested by the petitioners will not in any manner cause any inconvenience to the respondent, because the connected matters are now pending before the Family court Pathanamthitta. The respondent did not turn up to contest or resist this proceeding.
In the result, this petition is allowed. Crl.M.C 196/2010 now pending before the Family Court, Thiruvalla will stand transferred to the Family court Pathanamthitta. The learned trial Judge of the
Tr.P.(Crl.)No.102 of 2014 Family Court, Thiruvalla will transmit the records of M.C 196/2010 to the Family court, Pathanamthitta without delay. P.UBAID, JUDGE sab
