After hearing the learned counsel for the parties, quite in extenso, we see that there is no merit in this appeal. The challenge is against the imposition of condition as to stay granted pending statutory appeal. The learned single Judge had tapered down the remittance to be made. Taking into consideration the submissions made on that issue, we are inclined to grant the appellant time till 20.03.2015 as last chance to comply with the direction as to remittance in terms of the judgment of the learned single Judge. This writ appeal is ordered accordingly.
