JUDGMENT
Ashok Bhushan, Ag, CJ.
This Writ Appeal has been filed against the interim order dated 19.3.2015 in W.P(C).No.8836 of 2015. In the Writ Petition filed by the appellant the grievance raised was with regard to Exhibits P19 and P20, by which the University has notified the fee structure for the year 20152016. When the Writ Petition was taken up for admission, learned counsel for the appellant submitted that last date of submitting application and uploading of details in the website may be extended as stipulated as per Exhibit P19, which prayer was refused by the learned Single Judge.
2. Learned counsel for the University submits that the University itself has already extended the last date of submitting application upto 10th April, 2015. He also submitted that as far as the determination of fee, the Writ
W.681/15 Petition is still pending and no such issue needs to be considered in this Writ Appeal.
3. The date having already been extended, the grievance raised by learned counsel for the appellant before the learned Single Judge has been fulfilled, hence, we do not find any reason to interfere with the order dated 19.3.2015 of the learned Single Judge. The Writ Appeal is dismissed.
