J U D G M E N T

1.This writ appeal comes up with an application seeking condonation of delay of 138 days in its institution. 2.We have heard the learned counsel for the appellant, quite in extenso.

3.Appellant is the writ petitioner. He challenged an interlocutory order imposing condition as to deposit pending statutory appeal. The learned single Judge has graciously permitted the appellant to furnish security by depositing title deeds in lieu of deposit. We see that nothing beyond that can ever be sought for, on the totality of the facts and circumstances of the case. This writ appeal fails.
