JUDGMENT
Antony Dominic, J.
Heard the senior counsel for the appellants, Government Pleader and the concerned Standing Counsel for the respective Universities.
2. This appeal is filed against the judgment of the learned Single Judge in W.P.(C)No.11023/13 where the learned Judge declined the prayer of the appellant requiring the third respondent University to continue the recruitment process initiated by the second respondent University on the basis of Ext.P2 notification.
3. Today, we are informed by the counsel that after the judgment was rendered, the third respondent University itself issued a notification dated 5.8.2014 inviting applications for the post mentioned in Ext.P2 and pursuant to the directions of this Court, the appellant also got opportunity to apply for the post in question. It is stated that the third respondent
Writ Appeal No.797 of 2015 : 2 :
University has completed the selection process and published the select list.
