The appellant confines his relief to early consideration of Ext.P-3 application filed for temporary permit. The Writ Appeal is hence disposed of directing the respondent to consider Ext.P-3 application in accordance with law, within a period of ten days. The appellant shall produce a copy of the judgment along with the memorandum of Writ Appeal for compliance.
