Heard Sri.N.Nagaresh, Assistant Solicitor General of India appearing for the respondents.

2. This suo motu proceedings have been registered on a letter by P.Subhakaran, alleging lack of examination centres in the State of Kerala for All India Post Graduate Medical Entrance. It was mentioned in the letter that National Board of Examinations conducting the examination levies huge amount as fee and is unable to provide an examination centre in the State of Kerala. As on date, All India PG Medical Entrance Examination is conducted by CBSE. National Board of Examinations is not conducting any examination. It is unnecessary to consider the issue projected by the letter, the writ petition having been infructuous, the same is dismissed as infructuous.
