JUDGMENT

The petitioner has filed this writ petition on the allegation that respondents 5 and 6 are conducting illegal sand mining from the Puramboke land lying adjacent to her 7.5 cents of land situated in Re-Survey No.344/2 of Ayyambuzha Village in Aluva Taluk, covered by Ext.P1 sale deed. The petitioner has submitted Exts.P2 and P3 representations before the respondents 1 and 2 herein, highlighting her reliefs.

2. If the petitioner is having any subsisting grievance against respondents 5 and 6, it is for her to move a proper representation before the 2nd respondent. If any such representation is received from the petitioner, within a period of three months from the date of this judgment, the 2nd respondent shall consider the same and pass appropriate orders thereon, as expeditiously as possible, at any rate, within a period of three months from the date of receipt of such representation, with notice to the petitioner and also to respondents 5 and 6. The Writ Petition is disposed of as above.
