JUDGMENT

Ashok Bhushan, C.J.

This Writ Appeal is filed against the judgment dated 31.3.2014 in W.P(C).No.11738 of 2011 and connected cases.

2. Learned counsel for the parties agree that against the said judgment, Writ Appeals were filed before this court and this Court as per the judgment reported in Ultra Tech Cement Limited v. Union of India (2014(4) KHC 190) disposed of the Writ Appeals and this Writ Appeal can also be disposed of in terms of the said judgment.

3. In the said view of the matter, we dispose of this Writ Appeal in terms of the Ultra Tech Cement Limited's case (supra). The appellant shall be at liberty to avail time with effect from today.
