JUDGMENT

The petitioner has approached this Court seeking a direction to the respondents to take a decision on Ext.P3 application submitted by her within a time frame.

2. The petitioner's father was the Manager of Central Naravoor L. P. School. The petitioner alleges that after the death of her father, her mother became the Manager of the school and her mother gifted the right in favour of the petitioner. Thereafter, the petitioner submitted application for transfer of management. Meanwhile Ext.P4 notice was issued to the respondent stating claim over the management. The petitioner alleges that on receipt of Ext.P4 notice it appears that the respondents are not taking any decision on the application for transfer of management. It is with this background, the petitioner has approached this Court.

3. Arguments have been heard.

As the limited prayer in this writ petition is only for a direction to the respondent to take a decision on Ext.P3, the writ petition is disposed of directing the respondents to consider and pass orders on Ext.P3 within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this judgment, if the same has not already been disposed of.
