================ W.A No. 1110 of 2015 ================ Dated this, the 9th day of June, 2015

Ashok Bhushan, CJ This appeal has been filed by the appellant against the judgment dated 23rd of June, 2014 in W.P (C) No. 6476/13. The writ petition was filed by the appellant challenging the revenue recovery proceedings culminating in Ext.P6, where 80 cents of land belonging to the petitioner comprised in Sy.No.372/2 of Pulloot Village was auctioned in favour of the Government for an amount of `1/.

2.

Learned Single Judge by the impugned judgment dismissed the writ petition. Learned Single Judge noticed that petitioner had filed the writ petition in 2013 challenging the proceedings which was concluded in the year 2000. We do not find any good ground in this appeal to interfere with the judgment of the learned Single Judge.

3.

Learned counsel for the appellant further submitted

WA No.1110/15 -:2:- that Government has already issued GO(MS) No.64/2015/T.D. dated 21st of April, 2015 by which an Amnesty Scheme has been introduced for defaulters. He submits that petitioner is entitled to make an application for availing the said benefit. We observe that the dismissal of the writ petition and this appeal shall not preclude the appellant from submitting an application in accordance with the Government Order dated 21st of April, 2015 as stated above.

Subject to the above observation, the appeal is dismissed. Sd/- ASHOK BHUSHAN, CHIEF JUSTICE Sd/- A.M. SHAFFIQUE, JUDGE Rp //True Copy// PS to Judge
