J U D G M E N T

Ashok Bhushan, CJ Heard the learned counsel for the appellant. This writ appeal has been filed against the judgment dated 26/2/2015 in W.P (C) No. 34790/2014. The writ petition filed by the appellant was dismissed by the learned Single Judge. Learned counsel for the appellant submits that he is taking statutory proceedings against the action taken by the respondents and he be permitted to withdraw the appeal with liberty to prosecute the statutory proceeding. 2.

In the above view of the matter, we dismiss the appeal. However, dismissal of the appeal shall not preclude the appellant from prosecuting his statutory

WA No.1135/15 -:2:- remedies.
