J U D G M E N T
Ashok Bhushan, CJ This writ appeal has been filed against the interim order dated 24.4.2015 passed in W.P.(C) No.10035 of 2015. In the writ petition filed by the respondent, the learned Single Judge has directed to remit an amount of `3,50,000/-, out of which, `50,000/- was directed to be credited in the housing loan for regularising that loan account.

Learned counsel for the appellants had filed a counter affidavit in the writ petition on 20.5.2015.

Since a counter affidavit has already been filed by the appellants in the writ petition, which is pending before this Court, we are of the view that the matter need to be considered by the learned Single Judge. It is open for the bank to seek clarification/ modification/vacation of the interim order, if so advised. We do not see any ground to entertain the writ appeal at this stage. It is hence, closed.
