JUDGMENT

Ashok Bhushan, C.J.

This writ appeal has been filed against the judgment dated 24.03.2015 passed in W.P.(C) No. 7960 of 2015. The Bank who was the respondent in the writ petition has come up with this appeal.

2. The learned Single Judge disposed of the writ petition permitting the petitioner to deposit the outstanding amount in 10 equal and successive monthly instalments commencing from 31.03.2015. The Bank's interest is also protected. The learned Single Judge has exercised his discretion in passing an equitable order, we do not find any good ground in the appeal to interfere with the order of the learned Single Judge. The Writ Appeal is dismissed.
