This writ appeal has been filed against judgment dated 25th March, 2015 by which judgment, the learned Single Judge disposed of the writ petition filed by the 1st respondent permitting the 1st respondent to make payment of the overdue amount in 6 equal and successive monthly instalments commencing from 10th April, 2015. Learned counsel for the respondent/petitioner submits that overdue amount was only `89,373/-. Learned Single Judge has exercised his discretion in passing the judgment, which has rendered substantial justice to the parties, which does not warrant any interference by appellate Court. Writ appeal is, therefore, dismissed.
