2.
This writ appeal has been filed against judgment dated 31st March, 2015 in W.P (C) No. 33150/2014. The writ petition was filed by the appellant seeking a direction to report 11 vacancies to the post of Assistant Manager in Kerala Financial Corporation before 31/12/2014 and to grant further relief. 3.
Learned Single Judge in its judgment has noted that the rank list which was prepared had expired on 14/12/2014 and the fact that on 19/12/2014, three more vacancies were reported has no significance. The ranked list in which the appellant was included having expired on 14/12/2014, there was no right left in the petitioner which could have been directed to be given effect
WA No.1316/2015 -:2:- to by writ proceeding.
We do not find any error in the judgment passed by the learned Single Judge dismissing the writ petition. Writ appeal is dismissed.
