JUDGMENT
Antony Dominic, J.
This appeal is filed against the judgment of the learned Single Judge, rejecting the claim of the appellant for relaxation in age in the matter of recruitment to the post of Lecturer (Hindi), pursuant to Ext.P1 notification issued by the University on 09.07.2007. Reading of the judgment itself shows that the learned Single Judge is fully justified in his conclusions in the judgment and therefore we do not find any reason to interfere with the same.
2.
However, when the appeal was taken up for consideration, the learned Senior Counsel for the appellant submitted that similarly situated persons were regularized in the service of the University and that therefore the appellant is also entitled to similar treatment. Having gone through the pleadings and the reliefs sought in the writ petition, we do find that such a case was neither raised by the appellant nor urged
W.A.No.1423 of 2015 before the learned Single Judge. In such circumstances, we are not inclined to entertain the plea now raised before us. However, it is clarified that if the appellant has such a case, it would be open to her to raise it before the appropriate forum. Therefore, the appeal is dismissed.
