J U D G M E N T

Ashok Bhushan, CJ Heard learned counsel for the appellants and the learned Standing Counsel appearing for the 1st respondent. 2.

This writ appeal has been filed against the order dated 13/08/2015 in I.A.No.11875 of 2015. 1st appellant is the writ petitioner, on whose prayer, a direction was issued by the learned Single Judge appointing an Advocate as the Commissioner to observe the conduct of the Kerala State Cycle Polo Championships 2015-16 which was to be held on 15/08/2015 to 19/08/2015. 3.

As stated, the Championship is already in progress and the Advocate Commissioner appointed by the Court is present. We are of the view that at this stage, no useful purpose will be served in keeping this writ appeal pending for considering any of the issues sought in the appeal. The matter has to be taken by the learned Single Judge and it shall be open for the appellants and respondents to submit their own pleas and grounds before

the learned Single Judge for consideration including the report of the Advocate Commissioner.
