Heard learned counsel appearing for the appellant, learned counsel for the 1st respondent and learned Government Pleader appearing for other respondents.
2. This writ appeal has been filed against the judgment dated 26.03.2015 passed in W.P.(C) No.9693 of 2015 by which a direction was issued by the learned Single Judge to the Principal Chief Conservator of Forests to consider Ext.P8 representation filed by the writ petitioner claiming family pension and other benefits.
3. Learned counsel for the appellant submits that consequent to the order of learned Single Judge, the State Government has already rejected the claim of the petitioner, against which O.A. No. 596 of 2015 has been filed by the petitioner before the State Administrative Tribunal. In view of the aforesaid, we are of the view that no purpose shall be served in entertaining this writ appeal. It is
WA No. 1949 of 2015 -:2:- open for the appellant to get herself impleaded in the Original Application and take such pleadings which are permissible under law.
With the above observation, the Writ Appeal is dismissed.
