Heard learned counsel appearing for the appellant and learned Standing Counsel appearing for the respondents.
2. This writ appeal has been filed against the judgment dated 06.07.2015 passed in W.P.(C) No.20245 of 2015 by which the petitioner has prayed for quashing of Ext.P1 notice issued by the Bank under the Securitisation and Reconstruction of Financial Assets and Enforcement of Security Interest Act, 2002.
3. The petitioner had earlier filed a writ petition, W.P.(C) No. 21253 of 2014, which was disposed of by judgment dated 14.08.2014 permitting the petitioner to deposit the entire arrears in six installments. Petitioner did not comply with the said order and filed the present writ petition which was dismissed giving liberty to the petitioner to move an application in W.P.(C) No.21253 of 2014. Instead of moving
WA No. 1980 of 2015 -:2:- such application, the petitioner has come up with this writ petition. We are of the view that the learned Single Judge has rightly dismissed the writ petition with the liberty aforesaid. If so advised, the petitioner may make appropriate application as permitted by learned Single Judge.
With the above observation, the Writ Appeal is dismissed.
