Thottathil B.Radhakrishnan, J.

After arguing the matter for quite some time, it was submitted by the learned counsel for the appellant that the request of his client would, ultimately, be for a larger time frame to deposit the amount as directed by the learned single Judge. Extension of time is a matter which can be sought for before the learned single Judge. We also leave open any request of the appellant for early disposal of the statutory appeal. Subject to all the aforesaid, this writ appeal is closed.
