Petitioner in WP(C) No.24245/2015 is in appeal challenging judgment dated 11/8/2015. Writ petition was filed challenging the proceedings initiated by the respondent Bank under the SARFAESI Act, 2002. Learned Single Judge dismissed the writ petition on the ground that petitioner had on two earlier occassions approached this Court and on finding that the sale did not take place had withdrawn the writ petition seeking liberty to file a fresh writ petition.
