Having perused the judgment of the learned single Judge and having heard the learned counsel for the appellant and the learned Senior Government Pleader, we do not see any ground to interfere with that judgment. However, it is clarified that the Appellate Authority will consider the request of the appellant, if any, for expeditious disposal of the appeal at that end. Appeal ordered accordingly.
