JUDGMENT

Ashok Bhushan, CJ This writ appeal has been filed against judgment dated 17.7.2015 in W.P(C) No.11422 of 2015.

2. Petitioner had applied for education loan from the bank. The bank had refused to grant education loan on the ground that she did not satisfy the eligibility for grant of loan under management quota. The writ petition filed by the petitioner has been dismissed by the learned Single Judge holding that admission of the writ petitioner has to be treated under management quota requiring fulfillment of necessary conditions. This appeal has been filed against the aforesaid judgment dated 17.7.2015.

3. Learned counsel appearing for the respondent contended that a batch of writ petitions were decided by a Division Bench of this

WA.2233/15 -:2:- Court on 13.7.2015. In one of the writ petition being W.P(C) No.17272 of 2015, the Division Bench affirmed the view taken by the learned Single Judge in the judgment impugned in the present appeal. In paragraph (28), the judgment impugned has been approved by the Division Bench.

Following the judgment of the Division Bench dated 13.10.2015, this writ appeal is dismissed.
