JUDGMENT
Petitioner is challenging the proceedings under Ext.P6 by which the Joint Registrar of Co-operative Societies had ordered an enquiry under Section 65.
2.
It is admitted on both sides that the committee which was in power at the relevant time has completed its term and a new committee has already taken charge.
3.
The petitioner has raised serious contentions against Ext.P6. Now that the enquiry did not proceed any further, as this court granted an interim stay and the committee has completed its tenure, I do not think any further grievance subsists for the petitioner as at present.
Therefore this writ petition is disposed of making it clear that the petitioner will be free to take up all the contentions raised in the writ petition, in case it becomes necessary at any stage in future.
With the above observation this writ petition is disposed of. Sd/- P.V. ASHA, JUDGE SKV
