W.P.(C)No.26726 of 2015 The learned counsel for the petitioner seeks leave of this Court to withdraw this writ petition. Permission is granted. Accordingly, this writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn giving liberty to the petitioner to prosecute the clarification petition pending in W.P.(C)No.13454 of 2015 before the learned Single Judge.

W.A.No.2294 of 2015 Since the petitioner has already withdrawn the above writ petition, no further direction is required in this appeal. It is made clear that the interim order passed in W.P.(C)No.26726/15, which is impugned in this appeal,
