JUDGMENT

1.We have looked into the materials and have considered the grounds of appeal and have heard the learned counsel. The issues raised stand confirmed by the judgment of this Court in W.A.No.568 of 2015 and connected cases (judgment dated 31.03.2015). We do not find any reason not to follow the said precedent.
