JUDGMENT

Ashok Bhushan, CJ This writ appeal has been filed by the Kerala State Road Transport Corporation against the judgment dated 3.7.2015 in W.P (C) No.19352 of 2015, which writ petition was filed by the first respondent and a direction was issued by the learned single Judge to the first respondent to issue varied permit to the petitioner within two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of the judgment.

2. Learned counsel for first respondent has submitted before us that after the judgment of this Court, the application was considered and rejected on 15.9.2015. We are of the view that order of the learned single Judge having already exhausted in view of order dated

WA.2478/15 -:2:- 15.9.2015, it is not necessary for us to entertain the issue or decide the writ appeal.
