Heard. This writ appeal has been filed against judgment dated 17th July, 2015 in WP(C) No.11290/15. Petitioner had filed the writ petition praying for quashing Ext.P4 as well as for a direction to the respondent Bank to sanction and disburse educational loan to the petitioner without any delay. Petitioner has produced Ext.P1 letter dated 15/9/2014 issued by the School of Nursing in which petitioner got admission in first year, GNM Course. Letter issued by the Principal indicated that petitioner has been selected through entrance exam conducted by the School of Nursing under merit quota. Learned Single Judge dismissed the writ petition after referring to the Scheme of the Bank and held that admission of the petitioner was under management quota. Hence, she was required to fulfil the conditions as laid down in the Scheme stipulated by the Bank. Learned counsel for the appellant

W.A. No.2492/15 -:2:- submits that Ext.P4 was a letter by which her application was rejected on different grounds.

Bank has filed a counter affidavit where it was clearly stated in para 6 that petitioner has not obtained 60% marks as required under the Scheme for each of the qualifying subjects namely, Physics, Chemistry and Biology and hence, she was not eligible for loan under the Bank's Scheme. Although Ext.P4 does not give complete reason for non acceptance of the application of the petitioner for loan, however, the Bank has brought all relevant materials in the counter affidavit and learned Single Judge did not commit any error in dismissing the writ petition. Learned counsel for the parties submits that similar issue has already been decided by this Court in WA No.2361/2015. In view of the reasons given by us in our judgment in WA No.2361/2015, this writ appeal is also to be dismissed. Consequently, this writ appeal is dismissed.
