Heard. This writ appeal has been filed against judgment dated 17th July, 2015 passed in WP(C) No.11439/2015 filed by the appellant seeking for a direction for grant of education loan. The appellant had obtained admission for B.Pharm in the management quota in the State of Karnataka. Appellant's case is that she was admitted in the merit quota as per Ext.P1 certificate. Ext.P1 indicates that the appellant was selected through entrance exam conducted by the College under merit quota. 2.

We have already held in Arya v. Reserve Bank of India (2015 (4) KLT 478) that admission made by the College itself can be treated only as management quota admission and the said admission is not a merit admission so that the conditions for management quota admission may not apply. The appellant having not fulfilled the requisite condition for admission under the

W.A. No.2523/15 -:2:- management quota was denied loan by the Bank. We do not find any error in the judgment of the learned Single Judge. Writ appeal is dismissed.
