JUDGMENT
Petitioner is aggrieved with the proceedings taken under Ext.P1, insofar as no enquiry was proceeded with. Petitioner, in fact, had produced certain documents and sought for further time by Ext.P2. However, the authority declined to grant further time and took the case for orders. The writ petition was filed in the year 2010 and there was a stay granted and hence there is no final order passed, as of now. In such circumstances, the petitioner shall produce whatever documents are required on or before 22.1.2015 and shall appear before the officer on the said date. The assessing officer shall intimate the date of hearing with due acknowledgement to the petitioner on the date of his appearance itself and shall conclude the matter as expeditiously as possible, at any rate, within a period of three months from the date of his appearance. Writ petition is disposed off.
K. Vinod Chandran, Judge.
