We have heard the learned counsel appearing for the appellant. Through judgment impugned, the learned single Judge has held that there is no ground to interfere with Exhibits P3 and P3(a) orders issued by the Appellate Authority, while granting stay. However, the learned single Judge had taken stock of the relevant factors and had granted extended period of time to comply with the conditions imposed. We see no ground to interfere with the impugned judgment. We leave open the right, if any, of the appellant to move the learned single Judge, for further indulgence, if called for, regarding the time limit to satisfy the conditions imposed by the Tribunal. Without prejudice to that, this appeal is dismissed in limine.
