J U D G M E N T

The petitioner's grievance is that Ext.P8 representation dated 23.05.2012 has not been considered. The representation is filed to the Chief Minister and the consideration is sought by the 1st respondent.

Considering the confined prayer made, there shall be a direction to the petitioner to file a fresh representation before the 1st respondent and the 1st respondent shall consider the representation in accordance with law, after affording an opportunity of hearing to both sides.

The Writ Petition is disposed of without any observation on merits, which shall be decided by the 1st respondent, in accordance with law.
