J U D G M E N T

The Petitioner, owner of a stage carriage bearing registration No.KL-50 D 4037, applied for temporary permit on the route Palakkad-Mannarkkad in the vacancy of stage carriage bearing registration No.KL-8 V 474 by Ext.P1. The petitioner prays for issuance of temporary permit to the petitioner's stage carriage No.KL-50 D 4037 on the route Palakkad-Mannarkkad in the vacant timings of stage carriage bearing No.KL-8 V 474.

2. If vacancy of stage carriage bearing registration No. KL - 8 V 474 is still in existence and no other person has applied for a temporary permit to operate a stage carriage in that vacancy, there will be a direction to the respondent to consider the application for temporary permit and issue the same; if there is no legal impediment, within three weeks from the date of production of a copy of this judgment by passing appropriate orders on Ext.P1. Needless to say, while considering the application as stated above, the preferential
