JUDGMENT

The petitioner seeks regularisation in service as driver of KSRTC. The plea is based on Ext.P2 Government Order as regards regularisation of provisional employees in the categories of driver, conductor etc. Ext.P3 representation submitted by the petitioner has been followed up by yet another representation dated 30.10.2014. The receipt of the representation dated 30.10.2014 is seen acknowledged by the respondents in Ext.P4 communication.

I direct the second respondent to consider the representation dated 30.10.2014 referred to in Ext.P4 communication. The same shall be done within a period of three months after notice to the petitioner. The petitioner shall produce the details of his attendance at the time of hearing on the representation.

The Writ Petition is disposed of.
