JUDGMENT

The petitioner is a rival operator of the 2nd respondent. The 2nd respondent has been granted a permit by Exhibit P1, the timings of which are pending settlement. The petitioner, a rival operator, has filed Exhibit P2 objection and the only prayer made in the writ petition is for the consideration of the said objections before settling the timings of the 2nd respondent.

2. If the objection, referred to as Exhibit P2, is filed before the 1st respondent, then necessarily the settlement of the timings of the service of the 2nd respondent shall be only after hearing the petitioner.

The writ petition is disposed of as above.
