JUDGMENT

Ext.P5 order accompanied by Ext.P6 penal assessment bill has been challenged by the petitioner in Ext.P7 appeal. The petitioner apprehends disconnection of electricity even before the statutory appeal is taken up.

2.

I direct the fourth respondent to consider Ext.P7 appeal with notice to the petitioner. The needful shall be done within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this judgment.

The coercive steps including the disconnection of electricity supply line shall not be resorted to by the respondents in the meanwhile. This is however subject to the condition that the petitioner deposits one half of the amount demanded under Ext.P6 bill within a period of one month.

The Writ Petition is disposed of.
