JUDGMENT
The petitioner approached this Court aggrieved by the revenue recovery proceedings that were initiated against her property, for realisation of amounts that were due from the 5th respondent, who is the son of the petitioner.
2. When the matter was called today, it is submitted by the learned Government Pleader on instructions that, the revenue recovery proceedings initiated against the properties of the petitioner have since been withdrawn by the District Collector. He produces a communication dated 11.02.2015 of the District Collector to support his submissions.
Recording the submission of the learned Government Pleader, that the revenue recovery proceedings initiated against the properties of the petitioner have been re-called, the writ petition is closed.
