JUDGMENT

The petitioner seeks interchange of timings granted in routes in which the petitioner is operating two stage carriages bearing registration Nos.KL-13/M 7119 and KL10/R 1085, on the route Manjeri - Tirur. It is contended that subsequent to the allotment of timings to the petitioner, several other services were introduced in the same sector and the timings of several services have also been changed and, therefore, the petitioner submitted Ext.P1 request for revision of timings of her services. It is submitted that, last revision of timings of the petitioner's services was in the year 2002 and 1997 respectively. Petitioner prays for an expeditious consideration of her application.

WP(C).231/15

2. If Ext.P1 application has been received in original in the office of the respondent, the respondent shall issue notice of hearing within one week of receipt of a certified copy of this judgment to the petitioner and any other stage carriage operators adversely affected by change in timings sought for by the petitioner and also display public notice in the notice board of the office of the respondent and shall then, consider the prayer of the petitioner, in accordance with law and by convening a timing conference at any rate, within a period of two months from the date of publication of the above notice.

The writ petition is disposed of.
