JUDGMENT

Petitioner raised objection by Ext.P2 before the Director of Public Instruction against approval of application submitted by the second respondent for the appointment as Manager in respect of corporate management of the schools coming under the Malabar Independent Syrian Educational Society. The limited request of the petitioner is that before passing any orders based on the request of the second respondent, petitioner shall be heard in the matter.

In view of the limited request, if no order has been passed on any application submitted by the 2nd respondent so far, there shall be a direction to the first respondent to consider Ext.P2 after affording an opportunity of being heard to the petitioner in the matter of approval as Manager of the above corporate management.

The Writ Petition is disposed of as above.
