J U D G M E N T

The petitioner had a regular permit in the route Bharanikavu - Kayamkulam which was surrendered. The petitioner has now applied a the temporary permit in the same route on the very same set of timings. The petitioner contends that no other person has been granted regular permit or a temporary permit in the vacancy. Though the petitioner does not have a right to claim the issuance of the temporary permit, if there is no legal impediment and if the vacancy still exists, the respondent authority shall consider the same and if vacancy of timings as per the earlier regular permit exists, the temporary permit shall be issued within a period of two weeks from today or else the temporary permit need be issued only after settlement of

W.P.(C) No.323 of 2015 - M timings. Needless to say that, the issuance shall be only after the display of the timings in the notice board of the respondent.

The writ petition would stand disposed of.
