JUDGMENT

Ashok Bhushan, Ag.CJ Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner as well as the learned Government Pleader. No notice is being issued to respondents 3 and 4 in view of the order which is being passed. 2.

This petition has been filed alleging police harassment. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the police authorities are putting pressure on the petitioner to withdraw the complaint submitted by him against the 3rd respondent. 3.

Learned Government Pleader submits that a complaint has been received against the petitioner under the Information

W.P.C. No. 356 of 2015 - T Technology Act and a crime has also been registered. He further submits that allegation of the petitioner that police is putting pressure on the petitioner for withdrawing the complaint against the 3rd respondent, is incorrect. He submits that the police is in no manner interfering with the civil or matrimonial disputes between the parties.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he shall cooperate with the investigation in the crime registered against him. 5.

In view of the statement made by the learned Government Pleader as above, we see no reason to find any police harassment in the present case.
