JUDGMENT

The third respondent sale officer has himself granted instalment facility to the petitioner. The endorsement on Ext.P2 sale notice directs the petitioner to remit `50,000/- within 30.12.2014. The balance amount of about `1,44,182/- with interest has been directed to be remitted in monthly instalments of `10,000/- each. I do not think that a more liberal approach could be adopted the sale officer of any bank. 2.

I however extend the time to deposit the sum of `50,000/- till 29.01.2015. The second respondent bank shall within two weeks furnish a statement of accounts to the petitioner. The petitioner shall deposit the balance amount in monthly instalments of `10,000- starting from 28.02.2015. The sale slated on 30.01.2015 shall be adjourned on the deposit of `50,000/- within the time stipulated.

No further directions are warranted and the Writ Petition is disposed of.
