Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned State Attorney.

By this Writ Petition, petitioners have prayed for a direction to the first respondent to provide adequate protection to the life of the petitioners and their supervisor Sri. Babu from the 2nd respondent. Petitioners claim to have submitted a complaint Ext. P2 before the Sub Inspector of police making allegation against the private respondents. It was alleged that on 26-12-
W.P. (C ) No. 369 of 2015 - L 2014, petitioners were obstructed from entering into their house and threatened that unless they make the payment demanded by respondent No. 2 they shall not be permitted to enter into the their house.
3. Learned State Attorney, after instructions, submitted that the complaint was enquired into and the allegations were found to be false.
Since the police have already taken into consideration the complaint preferred by the petitioners, we see no reason to issue any further direction. Accordingly, this Writ Petition is closed.
