The petitioner has filed an application for revision of timings. The petitioner's timings were issued on 2.5.2013. The contention of the petitioner is that after the issuance of timings, many other services have been sanctioned between Thrissur and Kozhikode and others have abandoned that route and hence there may be revision of timings. It is to be noticed that when revision of timings is attempted, a valid timing conference has to be convened and objections heard before the same is settled. The operators cannot frequently seek revision of timings on the ground that other services have been allowed in the route especially since the timings in the new services would have been settled after hearing the objections of the rival operators. In such circumstance, this Court does not find any reason to issue any direction in the above writ petition.

Writ petition hence, dismissed.
