JUDGMENT
Being aggrieved of Ext. P1 order passed by the first respondent, the petitioner has already preferred statutory appeal by way of Ext. P2, which is pending consideration before the second respondent. The prayer is only to cause Ext. P2 to be considered and disposed of within a reasonable time.
2. Heard the learned Government Pleader as well.

The Writ Petition is disposed of, directing the second respondent to consider and pass appropriate orders on Ext. P2 appeal, in accordance with law, after affording an opportunity of hearing to the petitioner, at the earliest, at any rate, within two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this judgment.
Petitioner shall produce a copy of this judgment along with copy of the writ petition before the second respondent for further steps. Sd/- P. R. RAMACHANDRA MENON, (JUDGE) kmd
