J U D G M E N T

The prayers are as given below:

"a) to issue a writ of mandamus or other appropriate writ, direction or order commanding the respondent to appoint the petitioner in the Head Office Roll holding that the petitioner is entitled to get the appointment in the Head Office Roll with all benefits from 15.09.1999 onwards.

b) to issue such other writ, direction or order commanding the respondent to post the petitioner in the Head office Roll holding that petitioner is entitle to get appointment to the post of Head Office Roll and also direct to disburse the difference of salary and other allowance which the petitioner ought to have received with effect from 15.09.1999 which deem fit for the facts and circumstance of the case."

When the matter is taken up for final hearing today, there is nobody to represent the petitioner. The case is dismissed for default.
