JUDGMENT

The petitioner while working as Headmistress of the School was suspended by the Manager as per order dated 21.7.2014. The suspension order was interfered by the Deputy Director of Education as per order dated 4.8.2014 and ordered reinstatement. It is submitted that challenging the order passed by the Deputy Director of Education, the Manager has approached the Government and the Government as per Ext.P6 ordered that the order passed by the Deputy Director of Education shall be kept in abeyance till further decision taken by the Government. Ext.P6 is dated 14.8.2014. The petitioner submitted that consequent upon Ext.P6 order, the petitioner is continuing under suspension. It is to be noted that the petitioner was suspended on

W.P.(C) No.453 of 2015 2 21.7.2014. Therefore, an expeditious decision is required at the hands of the Government. The petitioner already moved the Government by Ext.P5 to vacate Ext.P6 order. In view of the facts and circumstances, after adverting to Ext.P5, the first respondent shall take appropriate decision in the matter after hearing the petitioner and the 5th respondent within a period of six weeks.

The writ petition is disposed of as above.
